My tangibles: I'm good at visualizing creative solutions to complex problems — and then making them happen. I get visibly excited when finding my way through a new challenge. I thrive on collaboration and group creativity, and produce stellar solo work just as well. In every setting, I enable my coworkers and friends (and coworker-friends) to do their best work and be their best selves.
My intangibles: Every team needs a person who can proofread a presentation, bake a killer cake or pie, serve as an impromptu rock-climbing partner, throw down in a brainstorm and make people laugh. I have a stage name when I perform karaoke. I am that guy.
