EXPLORING THE JOYS OF SOLVING CATS' BAD BEHAVIORS

I lived with cats for many years, so I know the joys they can bring. I also know the horrid flip side of cat ownership — the scratching, spraying and fighting. Comfort Zone, a calming product that eases cats’ stress and reduces unwanted behaviors, needed emotional storytelling that showed how cat lovers’ relationships with their pets could be improved — or even saved — by their products. So it was off to California for me to interview two women who had successfully used Comfort Zone to reduce their cats’ bad behaviors — and produce videos that made an emotional connection with cat lovers.
